On behalf of City Tattersalls Club, I am delighted to share with you the news we have received the green light on Stage 1 DA from City of Sydney for the iconic City Tattersalls Club redevelopment.
In a landmark decision, ICD Property and our Club last night received envelope approval from the City Of Sydney Council’s Central Sydney Planning Committee for the Stage 1 Concept Development Application of our Club’s site.
This includes approval of the Club’s proposal to build a 49-storey tower and a complete rejuvenation of the entire Club house. This has followed a long period of time working collaboratively with the City of Sydney Council and ICD Property.
