Boonoona Ski Lodge is renowned for its superior service, exquisite cuisine, and stunning views in the heart of Perisher Valley. This is a short note to say that all the staff at Boonoona lodge are doing a fantastic job - very much enjoyed my two night overnight stay. The food is excellent, pickups from the ski tube work well and there is generally a great atmosphere at the lodge . Even the biggest problems get resolved - the test cricket from London was on one tv & someone of us wanted to watch the NRL game last night - another tv was organised for the NRL !!! And we did not miss one minute !! Will be back!!!!
Luanne is a spectacular cook. As a mother of three boys, it was an absolute pleasure to not have to think about cooking and Luanne made serving 30+ people look easy - amazing! As a family we loved it. It felt like a home away from home.
I am emailing to let you know that we had a fantastic time in Perisher. Matt and Luanne were wonderful and they went above and beyond to make our trip enjoyable. It was a bonus that they had kids- my kids had a great time playing with them which allowed my husband and I to have some quiet adult time. We have highly recommended the lodge to friends and we are looking forward to returning!
My Wife & I stayed here for four days and can say this. When you stay here, you are made and treated like family. Nothing is too much trouble or too hard, it was more about being laid back and being happy. Matt the Manager will always say, no worries can do, no problem! His wife, kids and staff are all good people which is why it’s like a being with family and friends. The lodge has a history, it is also original and an older establishment, built in ‘62, and still has the 80’s feel, so for Beck and I, we loved it. Food was superb and filling.
